Verónica del Carril

With a BA in Politics, specialized in political sociology and education for citizenship, Verónica began her work in SUMANDO Argentina in 2017 as Youth Coordinator and then from Institutional Development, she crafted alliances and institutional collaborations to take our programs to other countries and work on the NGO capacity building. She has experience in cultural production and management, nurturing her deliberative, playful and participatory perspective.

In 2022 she becomes our Head of Partnerships & Development to deepen the growth of our organization through the development of new proposals for sustainable participation for an increasingly global and interdependent agenda and the effective inclusion of children, youth and communities in the construction of public policies, in order to further strengthen our civic culture.

Daiana Laguna

Aldana Siciliano has a Degree in Psychology. Specialized in Public Advocacy and graduated in rights and problematics associated with Children, Adolescents and Youth. She has international certifications in Results Based Management for Social Organizations. Her experience includes the management of organizations and projects in the third sector, active participation as a member of board committees and collectives of social organizations.

Aldana leads the organization and contributes with her vision and expertise in updating, accessing and sustaining the rights of the target group and its impact on the communities.
